Analysts from Avito Jobs and Avito Services have examined how average salary offers for professionals shaping the look of cities have changed.
According to Avito Jobs, in the first quarter of 2026, the average monthly salary for construction specialists in Krasnodar Krai reached 85,000 rubles. Employers are seeking candidates with a deep understanding of building codes and regulations. Large-scale projects typically involve teams of experts from various fields, including structural engineers, plumbers, electricians, and HVAC specialists.
To calculate the average salary, Avito Jobs analysts reviewed full-time vacancies for professionals with one to three years of experience, factoring in both the minimum and maximum pay ranges listed by employers.
Designers rank second in average earnings, with a monthly salary of 63,304 rubles. Architectural designers specialize in interiors and details, creating spaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. They select materials, furniture, and lighting to strike a balance between beauty and user comfort.
Avito Services analysts noted a growing demand for architectural and construction services. Interest in comprehensive projects—including cost estimation documentation—surged by 25%. Requests for cost estimation services alone increased by 19%.
Other in-demand services include author supervision, which saw a 51% rise in popularity, and construction consulting ( 45%). Demand for finishing materials grew by 28%, while requests for photorealistic renders climbed by 20%, and interior design services rose by 18%. Interest in furniture selection also increased by 18%, and demand for turnkey design projects grew by 9%.
Users are increasingly turning to designers working in various styles. The most significant growth in interest was seen in Art Nouveau (+67%) and high-tech (+50%). Contemporary, minimalist, classic, Scandinavian, and loft styles also gained popularity, though to a lesser extent.
