Kolyma's top young teams triumph at Zarnitsa 2.0 regional finals

The regional final of the All-Russian military-patriotic game Zarnitsa 2.0 has wrapped up at Severny Artek camp. Fifteen top teams from the Kolyma region competed in a series of tough challenges, from forced marches to firearms training and survival skills. The winners will now advance to higher stages of the competition.

The event brought together young participants in three age groups. In the middle category (ages 11–13), the top teams were Yastreb 14 from Magadan, SSC Sparta from Omsukchansky District, and Plamya (Junior) from Khasynsky District. The senior group (ages 14–17) saw victories for Yastreb 14 from Lyceum No. 14, Northern Snow Leopards from Tenkinsky District, and Seimchantsy-26 from Srednekansky District. Meanwhile, the special category (ages 18–23) was won by Legacy of Heroes from Magadan, Plamya GT from Khasynsky District, and Titan49 from Olsky District.

At the closing ceremony, Maxim Brodkin, Deputy Chairman of the Magadan Region Government, commended the teams for their discipline and effort. He highlighted the event’s strong organisation and the participants’ commitment throughout the demanding tests. The regional branch of the *Movement of the Firsts* also thanked all competitors for their sportsmanship and wished the champions success in the upcoming Far Eastern and all-Russian stages.

The winning teams will now represent Magadan Oblast at the next levels of Zarnitsa 2.0. Their performance in forced marches, tactical drills, and first aid under pressure has earned them a place in the national spotlight. The competition’s organisers and officials have recognised both the skill and determination shown by all participants.
