Koblenz Road Closures: Expect Disruptions in November
Motorists in Koblenz and surrounding areas should expect some road closures and disruptions in the coming weeks. Repairs and construction projects are set to take place on several key routes, affecting traffic flow and requiring temporary lane closures.
Starting November 10, repair work on B 327 South Bridge in Koblenz will close the right lane in the direction of Hermeskeil until November 14. Overnight construction on the on-ramp toward Hermeskeil will require a full closure from November 10 to 15. Meanwhile, the Pfaffendorf Bridge construction will temporarily close one lane in the city-bound direction from November 10 to 21.
In addition, Koblenz Municipal Services will resurface a section of Emser Straße from November 10 to 15, taking advantage of a full closure by Deutsche Bahn. Patch repairs are also being carried out on the L 113 between Wassenach and Maria Laach from November 10 to November 20 to maintain and improve the road surface. Road users should expect half-road closures during this period.
Drivers are advised to plan their journeys accordingly and allow extra time for travel. Diversions may be in place, and real-time traffic updates should be checked regularly. These temporary closures and repairs are necessary to ensure the safety and longevity of these roads.
