I find myself most comfortable playing in the holding midfield position, although I can lend a hand in central defense when needed." He expressed gratitude for the trust and opportunity he received at 1860 Munich.

Born and raised in the footballing hotbed of FC Bayern Munich's youth performance center, Tim Kloss joined 1860 Munich after spending five years mastering his craft with the German record champions. In the past season, Kloss made 20 appearances for the lions, averaging 26 minutes per game.
1860 Munich must bid farewell to another promising young talent, as Kloss becomes the third in a line of young stars leaving the club. In addition to Tim Kloss, U19 national player Lukas Reich also departed, striping 1860 Munich of up to €500,000[9].
