Stephan Küsters, Viktoria Köln's sporting director, highlighted in the club's press release: "Tim Kloss brings a fresh profile to our team, possessing strong aerial abilities, heading prowess, and solid game understanding. He's a valuable asset who can further our game with his qualities. We've already seen his potential in the 3rd division at such a young age.** Kloss himself describes his strengths confidently, saying: "My strong suits include aerial play, passing, and game comprehension. I find myself most comfortable playing in the holding midfield position, although I can lend a hand in central defense when needed." He expressed gratitude for the trust and opportunity he received at 1860 Munich.

Born and raised in the footballing hotbed of FC Bayern Munich's youth performance center, Tim Kloss joined 1860 Munich after spending five years mastering his craft with the German record champions. In the past season, Kloss made 20 appearances for the lions, averaging 26 minutes per game.

1860 Munich must bid farewell to another promising young talent, as Kloss becomes the third in a line of young stars leaving the club. In addition to Tim Kloss, U19 national player Lukas Reich also departed, striping 1860 Munich of up to €500,000[9].

Despite the exodus of young talents, 1860 Munich remains committed to cultivating and nurturing the skills of promising players. The likes of Samuel Althaus, Finn Fuchs, and Emre Erdogan from the U19 team are now under the spotlight, as the development of young talent remains a central priority for the club[10].
