Charles III, the new king, is introducing his own English single malt whisky, named Highgrove Evergreen. The spirit will be available for purchase starting December 4, priced at £100 per bottle. Crafted in collaboration with the Cotswolds Distillery, it is made using barley grown on King Charles's Highgrove Estate in Gloucestershire.

The whisky is produced from Plumage Archer barley, harvested from King Charles's Gloucestershire farm. It is aged in a blend of bourbon and STR red wine casks, resulting in a unique flavor profile. Tasting notes describe a rich, refined spirit with orchard fruit, honeyed malt, and subtle red berry and spice undertones.

The whisky's release coincides with an increase in King Charles's wealth, which grew by £30 million over the past year. His total fortune now stands at £640 million. Highgrove Evergreen will be available from December 4, offering buyers a taste of the estate's produce in a premium package.
