The Bolzplatzhelden, a community-driven football school based in Düsseldorf, Germany, is gearing up for another exciting season of promoting football skills and fostering teamwork among local youth. With a focus on physical fitness, fairness, respect, social behaviour, and team spirit, the Bolzplatzhelden are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and teenagers in the city.

The Bolzplatzhelden offer training sessions at various locations across Düsseldorf, including the Bolzplatz at the Düsseldorf Arcaden, Eller, Flingern, and more. Some of the training sessions are in cooperation with Socialsgoals, a non-profit organisation that supports youth development through sports.

For instance, a training session for girls and boys up to 16 years is available at the Freizeiteinrichtung "Die Arche", in cooperation with Socialsgoals, on Monday from 4:00 PM. Another training session for children aged between six and 14 is available at ArcheWersten, Werstener Feld 69.

Training sessions are also offered for different age groups and locations, such as Moersenbroich, Heerdt, Oberbilk, Stadtmitte, Lierenfeld, Oberkassel, Kaiserswerth, Rath, Pempelfort, and Holthausen. Specific details, including the exact times and locations, can be found on the Bolzplatzhelden's website, Facebook, and Instagram.

The Bolzplatzhelden 2023 season begins on Monday, March 27. Some sessions, like the one in Wersten, will start from April 15. The training sessions are led by licensed football trainers and are free of charge.

The sports and values promotion of the Bolzplatzhelden is supported by several sponsors, including the Postcode Lottery, Provinzial Insurance, and Düsseldorf-Sport Helmreich. Notable trainers of the Bolzplatzhelden and -heldinnen include Gerd Zewe and Günther Thiele, former national players and DFB Cup winners.

The Bolzplatzhelden have also made a name for themselves on platforms like TikTok, where they share football-related content and highlight moments from their football school and tournaments such as the International Saitiev Tournament in Belgium. They use such platforms to engage with local and broader communities, encouraging participation among children and teenagers in Düsseldorf.

In summary, the Bolzplatzhelden are a football school/community group in Düsseldorf dedicated to promoting football training, teamwork, and social engagement among children and youth through organised football activities and education. Their mission aligns with common goals of local sports initiatives that use sport as a means of community building and youth development.

The Bolzplatzhelden, in collaboration with Socialsgoals, will host a training session for children aged between six and 16 at ArcheWersten, Werstener Feld 69. Excited youth can also join the training session for girls and boys up to 16 years, available at the Freizeiteinrichtung "Die Arche", on Monday from 4:00 PM, organized by the Bolzplatzhelden as part of their cooperation with Socialsgoals.
