The regime prohibits burning dry grass and garbage, open fires including barbecues and metal barrels, smoking outside designated areas, heating in bathhouses and residential buildings, and cooking on the territory of non-profit and dacha cooperatives. Citizens are advised to avoid storing items near forests. Fines for violations range from 5,000 to 800,000 rubles, depending on the severity of the actions and their consequences. Penalties may also include disciplinary, administrative, or criminal liability.
