The running event will commence at Lenin Square at 12:20, with participants running through the city's streets and concluding at the central square. To accommodate this event, traffic restrictions will be implemented on several roads from 10:45 to 14:30. These include Karl Marx Street, Pushkin Street, Lenin Street, and Leningradskaya Street.
