**Kentucky Symphony Orchestra Announces 2025 Summer Park Series**

The Kentucky Symphony Orchestra (KSO) is set to kick off its 31st annual Summer Park Series, a free cultural event that will take place at Devou Park in Covington and Tower Park in Fort Thomas. This year's series promises three themed concerts, starting with "Williams' Wondrous World" on July 12 and 13.

On these evenings, audiences can expect a celebration of the TV and film music of John Williams, a renowned composer known for his work on blockbusters like Star Wars, Jurassic Park, and Harry Potter. The concerts, which begin at 7:30 p.m., will feature symphonic music from iconic films that have thrilled the nation for 60 years.

The "Williams' Wondrous World" concert on July 12 at Devou Park and July 13 at Tower Park (with a livestream option available for the latter) will last approximately 1.5 hours. The specific playlist will be shared closer to the event dates by the KSO.

Audience members are encouraged to bring blankets, picnics, or lawn chairs to the concerts. Concessions and food trucks will be available at both locations, providing a delightful addition to the evening's entertainment.

The second concert, "Blues Muse," will take place on August 2 at Devou Park and August 3 at Tower Park, featuring ragtime, blues, and early jazz music. The third concert, "Primitive Pop," will occur on August 30 and 31, with details about the program and playlist to be announced closer to the date.

Registration for free tickets and updates is available on the KSO website. By registering, attendees will receive concert and weather updates. While admission is free, donations of $5 per person are suggested to support the KSO's educational programs.
