Kelley Wolf's Son Responds as Mother Encountering Difficulty Gaining Entry to Family Home: "This Is Absurd, Mom"
In the quiet town of Park City, Utah, a tense situation unfolded at the residence of Kelley and Scott Wolf on July 29, 2020. The Summit County Sheriff's Office responded to a "keep the peace" call, but the identity of the responding Sheriff remains undisclosed.
The incident gained attention on social media, with Kelley Wolf's 16-year-old son, Jackson, commenting on one of her Instagram posts, "This is insane, mom, what are you doing." The video Kelley posted that day, claiming she was returning to her residence to collect "basic items," received 490 likes within eight hours.
The confrontation at the Wolf residence came two weeks after Scott Wolf, Kelley's estranged husband, attempted to dismiss a restraining order against her. The order, which was detailed in a court ruling, stated that Kelley had "engaged in an escalating pattern of behavior that poses a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable harm to the parties' minor children." As a result, Scott was awarded temporary sole custody of the children and exclusive use of the family's Park City home.
Prior to this, on June 25, Kelley had filed a temporary restraining order against Scott. The restraining order also stated that Kelley should have no contact with Scott or their children until a future court hearing took place.
This is not the first time Kelley has made headlines. On June 13, she was detained by authorities while recording an Instagram Live post. Kelley later claimed that she was placed on two involuntary holds by law enforcement.
In a late-night Instagram post on Tuesday, Kelley shared her financial claims with her followers, stating that she was planning on purchasing a property but was closed out of all her accounts and now has a $100,000 bill on her black American Express card.
The standoff at the Wolf residence on July 29 lasted from 9:45 a.m. to 11:34 a.m., with a deputy escorting Kelley around the home. Scott's attempt to dismiss the restraining order against Kelley was not yet approved by a judge at the time of the incident.
This ongoing saga between the Wolfs continues to capture the attention of the public, with many hoping for a resolution in the best interests of the children involved.
