The race tested the dogs' agility, strength, and obedience, with obstacles such as water obstacles using sails, running on sand, overcoming fences, artificially created tunnels, mud puddles, a rope labyrinth, bog, and fallen trees. The extreme race was divided into two categories: the "Pro" and the "novice" group.

In the "Pro" category, Mikhail Ignatov and his spaniel, Alfoy, took first place. Nikita Nesterov, along with his German Shepherd, Uaz Hunter, achieved the fourth result. In the "novice" group, Inspector-Kynologist Maria Ketova placed in the top five with a German Shepherd named Yakont. Another notable participant was Sophia Kustysheva, the daughter of a police officer, who demonstrated her skills working with a corgi named Zeus.
