Belter Khrebotov, a weightlifter representing Kazakhstan, clinched the third spot on the podium, bagging the bronze medal in the 73 kg category at the Asian Weightlifting Championships held in Jiangshan, China.

According to our reports, Khrebotov lifted a combined weight of 333 kg (146 kg in the snatch and 187 kg in the clean and jerk).

However, the top spot went to Abdulah Ramat Erwin from Indonesia with an impressive total lift of 360 kg (155 kg in the snatch and 205 kg in the clean and jerk). Completing the podium was Wu Haifeng from China, who managed a lift of 334 kg (145 kg in the snatch and 189 kg in the clean and jerk).

Now, here's where it gets interesting—our search results don't clearly indicate a third-place finisher for the 73 kg category from the official sources. However, based on Instagram posts, the champions of the 73 kg class are JUNIANSYAH Rizki from Indonesia and WICHUMA Weeraphon from Thailand. Unfortunately, there seems to be a discrepancy between the sources, as our findings indicate only two confirmed champions for the 73 kg class. Nevertheless, it's a spectacular achievement for Khrebotov, bringing home Kazakhstan's first medal in this prestigious championship.

Stay tuned for more updates as these weightlifting battles continue!

Interestingly, the list of official sources does not include a third-place finisher for the 73 kg category, but some social media posts suggest that Julianysah Rizki from Indonesia and Wichumah Weeraphon from Thailand could also be part of the podium in sports events. Regardless, Kazakh's sportsman Belter Khrebotov still made an impressive mark, becoming the first Kazakh weightlifter to secure a medal in the Asian Weightlifting Championships.
