Kazakhstan claims FIFA Series title with dominant 2–0 win over Namibia

Kazakhstan's national football team has secured victory in the FIFA Series tournament after a strong performance in Astana. The squad claimed six points, finishing top after a decisive 2–0 win over Namibia at the Astana Arena. The tournament opener saw Kazakhstan face the Comoros Islands in a closely contested match. Head coach Talgat Baysufinov fielded a starting eleven featuring Anarbekov, Ashirbek, Kasym, Alip, Vorogovskiy, Orazov, Kuat, Samorodov, Chesnokov, Omirtaev, and Kenjezhek. The game was officiated by a Maltese refereeing team led by Ismaila Barbaro.

Against Namibia, Ramazan Orazov put Kazakhstan ahead early, scoring in just the fourth minute. Later, Oralkhan Omirtaev had a goal disallowed for offside, while Maksim Samorodov struck the post but failed to extend the lead. The team held firm, sealing a 2–0 victory and the tournament title.

The win marks a successful campaign for Kazakhstan, who now top the FIFA Series standings. With six points earned and a clean sheet in the final match, the team has demonstrated resilience and attacking strength under Baysufinov's guidance.
