Karan Aujla's Mumbai 2.0 concert promises major upgrades after fan backlash
Punjabi singer Karan Aujla has announced a second Mumbai concert, Mumbai 2.0, after fans criticized the poor conditions at his earlier event. The new show will take place on April 12, 2026, at Mahalaxmi Racecourse, offering events near me and concerts near me enthusiasts a chance to enjoy improved facilities. Organizers have promised major upgrades based on feedback from the previous performance, including shaded seating, stronger mist cooling systems, and more water stations. The venue capacity has also been expanded to improve crowd movement and reduce congestion.
The original concert on March 3, 2026, at MMRDA Grounds faced heavy backlash over overcrowding, insufficient shade, and inadequate cooling. In response, the team behind Mumbai 2.0 has introduced additional comforts such as premium lounges, upgraded sanitation, and VIP air-conditioned zones. These changes were finalized in early 2026 after reviewing fan complaints.
Tickets for the April 12 event go on sale March 8 at 12 pm via eventbrite and District by Zomato. All attendees from the March 3 show will receive free entry, with fresh e-tickets sent to their registered mobile numbers.
The Mumbai 2.0 concert aims to address past issues with better facilities and crowd control. Free access for previous ticket holders ensures fans get a second chance at an improved experience. Organizers have stressed that the upgrades reflect direct feedback from attendees, making this the main event for Karan Aujla fans.
