Juventus and Borussia Dortmund engaged in an exhilarating 4-4 draw in the Champions League, with Dusan Vlahovic and Lloyd Kelly scoring crucial goals for their respective teams. This match proved to be a classic encounters.

In a pulsating encounter at the Allianz Stadium, Juventus and Borussia Dortmund played out a thrilling 4-4 draw in the Champions League.

The match was filled with drama, as both teams showcased their attacking prowess throughout the game.

Igor Tudor's Juventus team, who were appointed as interim coach during the 2024-25 season, mounted one of the all-time great comebacks in the Champions League. Tudor, who was confirmed as head coach for the 2025-26 season, led the team to UEFA Champions League qualification with this performance.

The scoring was opened by Karim Adeyemi in the 52nd minute, giving Dortmund an early lead. However, Juventus responded swiftly. Yan Couto advanced unchallenged down the right and slamming a low effort into the right-hand corner to level the scores.

Dusan Vlahovic, who made an impact as a substitute, scored his first goal of the match from a cross by Pierre Kalulu. Vlahovic netted with both of his attempts in the match before supplying the assist for Lloyd Kelly's equalizer late in the game.

Kenan Yildiz was instrumental for Juventus, scoring a goal by curling a sublime strike and having four shots and creating three chances, the highest for both metrics in the match.

Dortmund regained the lead through Raphael Guirassy, but Bensebaini's penalty kick was quickly equalized by Kelly, who stayed onside during an agonizing VAR check in the 96th minute.

The fourth and final Dortmund goal came from Bensebaini, who scored the penalty kick after an apparent tussle for the ball between Guirassy and Bensebaini.

Despite the late equalizer, Juventus had a total of 19 shots in the match, equivalent to 1.95 expected goals, showcasing their dominance in the second half.

This draw marks an exciting start to the Champions League season for both teams, with more thrilling encounters expected in the coming weeks.
