Justin Bieber is dropping some honest truths about imposter syndrome.

"I've been told all my life 'you deserve that', but deep down, I've always felt undeserving," the pop sensation wrote in an Instagram story Thursday. "I felt like a fraud," he continued. "Like when people told me I deserved something, it made me feel sneaky like, if they knew my thoughts."

In his post, he revealed his own self-doubting thoughts like, "How judgmental I am, how selfish I really am," adding "they wouldn't say this about me."

"Welcome to the club if you feel sneaky," he concluded, sharing his feeling of often being unequipped and unqualified.

Recent concerns have swirled about Bieber's health. The young father, looking a bit haggard in recent photos, has sparked worries among some online commentators.

However, a representative for Bieber and his wife Hailey Bieber dismissed these concerns, telling TMZ that the busy dad is focused on new music and fatherhood. Any speculation about Bieber's mental and physical health, the rep added, is "exhausting, pitiful, and shows that people are dedicated to pushing negative, salacious, harmful narratives despite the obvious truth."

Bieber has always been open about his health struggles, revealing his battle with mental health issues, temporary facial paralysis caused by Ramsay Hunt syndrome in 2023, and a Lyme disease diagnosis in 2020. He never shies away from sharing his experiences.

  2. In the same post, Bieber revealed his self-critical thoughts, adding that he often questions his own judgment and perceives himself as selfish, a contrast to the public perception of him.
