Title: Blake Lively's Testimony: Justin Baldoni's Court Case Unfolds

Chit Chat Grab a drink and let's dive into the juicy details of Hollywood's latest legal battle!

Blake Lively, the stunning actress known for her roles in "Gossip Girl" and "A Simple Favor," is all set to spill the beans in an upcoming court case against her co-star and director Justin Baldoni from the movie "It Ends with Us." Lively's lawyer, Mike Gottlieb, confirmed to the media that she will personally testify under oath in the trial.

In an exclusive interview with "People," Gottlieb said, "Yeah, girl's gonna lay it all out. It's about damn time this dirty laundry is aired. We're looking forward to it!"

Baldoni, who is best known for his role in "Jane the Virgin," is facing allegations of sexual harassment from Lively, which he denies. Gottlieb emphasized their focus on claims of a retaliation campaign against Lively for raising these concerns.

Getting the Tea from Other Witnesses

Gottlieb also stated that there will be other witnesses in court, "There's a shocking crew of folks who witnessed Baldoni's bullsht. We're talking about folks who've seen some wild sht, and we're expecting their testimonies, particularly about events on set, to corroborate hers."

Speculations about Lively's role in the trial had already increased in late April after her emotional speech at the Time100 Gala. Lively hinted at the case by telling the audience, "Damn, y'all, there's been some real low points in my life over the past couple years."

More Witnesses? Maybe Swift, Maybe Not

Whether Lively's husband, Ryan Reynolds, will also testify remains a mystery. He is currently named as a defendant in Baldoni's countersuit, but Lively's team is working to dismiss these claims. "We ain't got time for this bullsh*t. We believe it's all a load of hogwash," Gottlieb asserted, adding that Reynolds "might or might not be a witness."

Baldoni's team has even announced plans to potentially subpoena big stars like Taylor Swift and Hugh Jackman. However, Gottlieb finds this unnecessary: "Come on now, what in tarnation does Taylor Swift got to do with this? This ain't no crazy him vs. her country song. It's about what happened to Blake Lively on that damn set."

The Battle Begins

The much-anticipated trial will kick off in March 2026. Unlike the highly-televised legal battle between Hollywood stars Johnny Depp and Amber Heard, this case won't be televised. But don't worry, some U.S. media outlets will have access to audio recordings.
