Jurassic World Rebirth Hits Peacock on October 30 with Bonus Content
Peacock is set to release Jurassic World Rebirth, the seventh installment in the iconic Jurassic series, on October 30. The streaming service will also offer bonus content, including an alternate opening, deleted scenes, and a behind-the-scenes feature. This marks the return of director Gareth Edwards and writer David Koepp, who last collaborated 28 years ago.
The movie, produced by Amblin Entertainment and Universal Pictures, features a star-studded cast. Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey, Mahershala Ali, and Ed Skrein, who recently appeared in the franchise, headline the film. Jurassic World Rebirth introduces new characters played by these actors, adding fresh dynamics to the series.
The movie's home video sales have been impressive. DVDs raked in $150 million, while Blu-Rays contributed an additional $68 million to its earnings. This success follows the global theatrical release of Jurassic World: Dominion in 2022, which grossed $867.1 million worldwide after its July 2 debut.
To celebrate the Jurassic series' enduring popularity, Peacock will make all seven Jurassic Park movies available for streaming from November 1. Having grossed a combined $6.7 billion worldwide, the franchise continues to captivate audiences. Jurassic World Rebirth promises to continue this legacy, offering fans an exciting new chapter in the dinosaur-filled saga.
