Jumeirah Pairs Tournament in September Secured by Emmens & Tagliariol, according to The Brain & Performance Centre
Jumeirah Golf Estates played host to an exciting tournament in September, with a variety of golfers vying for the top spot. The event, organized by The Brain & Performance, a DP World Company, attracted a total of 70 players.
In the Gross Division, Tom Stephenson, who is also the 2025 JGE Men's Club Champion, teamed up with Mark Schoombie to secure a three-point victory. The duo returned a brilliant 79 points, equivalent to a seven-under-par total.
Meanwhile, in the Stableford competition, the team of Member James Emmens and his guest Marco Tagliariol emerged as the winners, securing an impressive four-point victory over runners-up George Harding and Neil Clinton with 77 points.
Cameron McWhinnie, the Assistant Golf Services Manager at Jumeirah Golf Estates, expressed his pre-season excitement and gratitude towards The Brain and Performance Centre for their support. He also thanked all Members and players for their continued participation in the calendar events.
The tournament was an aggregate team format with two players per team, with men playing from the Composite Tees and women from the Forward Tees.
