In a shocking turn of events, the leader of the xenophobic supremacist movement 'Deport Them Now UE' has been detained in preventive prison in Mataró, Barcelona. The 28-year-old Spanish national, identified as C.L.F., has been accused of hate incitement, belonging to an illicit association, and illicit possession of weapons.

C.L.F., who holds qualifications as a security guard since 2021 and as a private escort since 2025, is currently not contracted by any company to perform escort duties. He made his public debut with his movement at the Remigration Summit 25 in Gallarate, Italy, in May 2022.

The accusations against C.L.F. stem from his alleged involvement in inciting violent attacks against migrants in Torre Pacheco, Murcia. On social media, he reportedly called for a "hunt" against the Moroccan community following an assault involving individuals from North Africa. This call for violence contributed to xenophobic anti-immigration protests and unrest in the area.

The small group, 'Deport Them Now UE', has significantly galvanized xenophobic protests, with a membership of less than twenty in Spain, mainly based in the area of Sabadell, approximately 40 kilometers from Mataró. The movement is associated with extreme right-wing political formations from various European countries.

The proceedings against C.L.F. have been transferred from Mataró to San Javier, Murcia, to continue. The judge of the Mataró instruction court number 1 will be transferred to the instruction court 4 of San Javier, in Murcia, to oversee the proceedings.

'Deport Them Now' operates an active channel on Telegram where it spreads anti-migrant proclamations and promotes the deportation of foreigners. The group emerged only two months ago yet has gained significant attention and stirred up unrest.

The unrest in Torre Pacheco began after a 68-year-old local man was assaulted by individuals not residing in the town. This incident triggered broader racist persecution, leading to further arrests and legal actions against those involved in public disorder.

C.L.F. applied for a position as a labor technician for the Catalan penitentiary center Mas d'Enric but was deemed "not suitable". Despite his qualifications, he has yet to secure a job in the security or escort industry.

The Catalan High Court of Justice (TSJC) has confirmed that the proceedings against C.L.F. will now continue in Murcia. The group's public debut at the Remigration Summit 25 in Italy marks a concerning development in the ongoing debate about immigration and xenophobia in Europe.

  1. The average response to C.L.F.'s detention and the allegations against him, as seen in the general news and politics, appears to be a call for stringent policy-and-legislation regarding war-and-conflicts, crime-and-justice, and the handling of hate speech and xenophobic movements like 'Deport Them Now UE'.
  2. As investigations continue, politicians and the public are closely monitoring the proceedings against C.L.F. in San Javier, Murcia, to understand the role 'Deport Them Now UE' played in inciting xenophobic violence and anti-immigration protests, not only in Spain but also in Europe.
  3. With 'Deport Them Now UE' gaining attention on platforms like Telegram, concerns about the impact of such groups on public opinion and social unrest are growing, as evident in the general-news coverage of the events in Torre Pacheco and other areas.
