Joyn is set to launch a new comedy series, 'Frier and Fifty - At the End of My Days', on November 10. The series, starring Annette Frier as herself, will also air on Sat.1 from November 24, with double episodes at 10:15 PM.
In 'Frier and Fifty', Annette Frier's character, who is 51, faces menopause, a husband leaving her, and the prospect of becoming a grandmother. Frier plays the lead role, with Julia Dietze portraying her sister, Caro. The series explores these life changes with humor and wit.
After facing industry skepticism, Frier's character decides to produce and sell a chat ai series about women in menopause, challenging the negative perceptions surrounding the topic.
