Josh Allen of the Bills sets a new touchdown record, previously held by Patrick Mahomes, during their victory over the Dolphins.

In a fierce battle, the Buffalo Bills secured their third win of the season, defeating the Miami Dolphins 31-21.

Quarterback Josh Allen led the Bills' offense, reaching a new milestone by becoming the fastest player to reach 300 career offensive touchdowns. Allen completed 24 passes out of 37 attempts, amassing 269 passing yards and three touchdowns.

One of Allen's touchdown passes was caught by Dalton Kincaid in the first quarter, setting the tone for the game. Khalil Shakir and James Cook also found the end zone, with Shakir catching a 15-yard touchdown pass and Cook rushing for 108 yards on 19 carries.

The Dolphins put up a valiant effort, with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa completing 23 passes out of 35 attempts, accumulating 161 passing yards and two touchdowns. Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle were Tagovailoa's main targets, with Hill leading the team in catches (5) and yards (49), and Waddle contributing 39 yards and a touchdown.

Ollie Gordon II scored the Dolphins' first touchdown on the ground, while Hill also caught a short touchdown pass in the fourth quarter, tying the game with 12:18 remaining. However, the Dolphins were unable to maintain the momentum, falling to 0-3 for the season.

The Bills' defense played a crucial role in the game, with Terrel Bernard intercepting a pass intended for Waddle, preventing a potential game-tying drive. A roughing the punter penalty on Zach Sieler also gave the Bills a fresh set of downs late in the game, helping to secure the victory.

This marks the seventh consecutive loss for the Dolphins against the Bills, with their last win coming on September 25, 2022. The Bills, on the other hand, improved to 3-0, maintaining their perfect start to the season.
