Jonathan Anderson Set to Make History at Dior
Jonathan Anderson is set to make history as the first designer since Christian Dior himself to oversee all three collections at the prestigious fashion house. His debut menswear collection will be unveiled on 27th June 2025, marking his first foray into the world of couture.
Anderson's appointment comes after Maria Grazia Chiuri's nine-year tenure at Dior's helm. The designer, known for transforming Loewe into a successful luxury brand during his 11-year tenure, will now produce 18 collections a year between Dior and his own brand, plus collaborations. LVMH chair Bernard Arnault praised Anderson as one of the greatest creative talents of his generation. Anderson's debut womenswear show for Dior will take place later this year, with couture to follow in 2026.
Jonathan Anderson's appointment at Dior is a significant moment in the fashion world. With his proven track record and the backing of LVMH, Anderson is poised to bring his unique vision to the iconic brand, overseeing women's, men's, and haute couture collections.
