Jonas brother Joe Jonas reveals shocking information about upcoming 'Camp Rock 3' movie.
In a playful yet revealing moment, Joe Jonas, the lead singer of the Jonas Brothers and star of the Camp Rock series, fuelled reunion rumors during a recent interview on the Hot Ones Versus show.
During the interview, Joe was asked a question by his brother Nick. In response, Joe confessed that he had a Notes app update that read "Read Camp Rock 3." The statement was met with laughter from the crew present, and Joe followed up with a joke, "Sorry, Disney."
The Jonas Brothers, along with Demi Lovato, who co-starred in the Camp Rock series, performed songs from the franchise at their concert at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. They sang popular hits like This Is Me and Wouldn't Change a Thing from Camp Rock and Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. Demi Lovato also made a surprise appearance on the Jonas Brothers' tour show, adding to the speculation about a possible Camp Rock reunion.
Joe's statement, while not an official confirmation, has been taken as an "almost" confirmation by fans and media. Nick Jonas responded to the statement by saying, "It's pretty good." Kevin Jonas, another member of the Jonas Brothers, added to the conversation by stating, "That's a pretty good one."
Although no official Disney announcement has been made yet, the evidence mostly comes from Joe Jonas' accidental disclosure and related social media activity suggesting a reunion is forthcoming. There are rumours that filming is planned to start soon, and the original cast, including the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato, may return.
