Love Island star Joe Garratt has spoken out after being mugged in Los Angeles. The reality TV personality, who first appeared on the show in 2019, recently returned for the All Stars series in 2024. He also revealed a major change in his personal life—leaving behind his partying lifestyle after finding faith.

Garratt first rose to fame during Love Island’s fifth series in 2019. Five years later, he made a comeback in the 2024 All Stars edition of the show.

The mugging has prompted Garratt to speak openly about personal safety. His recent return to Love Island and newfound faith mark a shift from his earlier lifestyle. There is currently no public confirmation of his permanent residence in Los Angeles.
