Jobs available: Wynn Al Marjan has secured food and beverage partnerships, offering over 60 positions in the UAE.
Wynn Resorts is gearing up for the grand opening of its latest project, the integrated gaming resort Wynn Al Marjan, set to open in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE in 2027. The resort, which is a joint venture between Wynn Resorts and RAK Hospitality Holding, is expected to create at least 7,500 jobs across various sections.
The $3.9 billion resort, currently under construction, will feature a 70-story tower, 1,542 rooms and suites, and a variety of luxury amenities. These include nearly two dozen restaurants, lounges, bars, a nightclub, a beach club, a luxury shopping promenade, a signature Wynn spa and salon, and an extensive 39,000 square foot poolscape. The resort will also boast a 145,000 square-foot meetings and events center, outdoor event terraces, lawns, a theatre, and a new resident show.
Wynn Resorts has invested heavily in the project. During the six months ended June 30, 2025, the company contributed a total of $121.1 million, including $109.5 million of cash contributions, to the joint venture. In the second quarter of 2025 alone, Wynn Resorts contributed $58.2 million (Dh213.6 million) of cash to the joint venture constructing the Wynn Al Marjan Island development.
The remaining 40% pro-rata share of the required equity for the construction of the resort is estimated to be between $600 million and $675 million.
As the opening date approaches, Wynn Resorts is on a hiring spree. The recruitment for Wynn Al Marjan will result in more than 7,500 employees being hired. Job listings for various positions can be found on the resort's website, including roles such as engineers, K9 security manager, nightlife marketing executive, director of weddings and events, director of VIP services for F&B, IT analyst, vice-president for casino marketing, managers for accounts payable, general ledger and employee relations, talent acquisition onboarder, director of special events, qualified professionals for casual and fine dining, administrative assistant, housekeeping team leader, director of front office, and many others.
While the key food and beverage partners for Wynn Al Marjan have been finalized, their specific names have not been publicly disclosed as of the latest updates in August 2025. However, Wynn Resorts' CEO Craig Billings confirmed agreements with key F&B partners as part of the resort’s comprehensive offerings.
Construction of the 70-storey Wynn Al Marjan is progressing well, with the structure having reached the 61st floor, with one floor being completed per week. The resort is expected to open its doors to the public in March 2027.
