Jinko Solar's Tiger Neo 3.0 panels redefine efficiency with record-breaking performance

Jinko Solar has unveiled its newest solar panel series, the Tiger Neo 3.0. The updated TOPCon modules promise higher efficiency and better performance in challenging conditions. Early deployments in Europe suggest strong demand for the technology.

The Tiger Neo 3.0 features a quarter-cut cell design with multi-cut passivation. This reduces power loss from shading and improves overall output. Dual-glass construction further boosts durability and low-light response.

Two main models are available. The 48-cell residential version delivers up to 485 watts at 24.27% efficiency. For larger projects, the 66-cell option reaches 670 watts with 24.8% efficiency. The panels also include a redesigned rear passivation layer, lifting bifacial efficiency to 85%. Improved temperature coefficients mean less power drop in high heat. These upgrades follow successful installations in Spain and Germany, where nearly 460MW of capacity has already been deployed. Spain's projects include 150MW in distributed systems and 309MW in ground-mounted plants, built to withstand scorching summers. In Germany, 52MW has been fitted across commercial, industrial, and residential rooftops, optimised for lower sunlight conditions. Similar climates in France, the UK, Italy, Poland, and the Netherlands have seen early adoption, with global orders now exceeding 6.3GW. A specialised Triple-Advantage model is also planned. It will offer better snow load resistance, hail protection, and fire safety. Alongside the new line, Jinko has updated its warranty terms.

The Tiger Neo 3.0 series is now available for residential, commercial, and utility-scale use. Its higher output, improved heat tolerance, and bifacial gains make it suitable for varied climates. With deployments already underway in Europe, further installations are expected as orders grow.
