Jimmy Kimmel's talk show, 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!', has been suspended by ABC News following his comments about the tragic death of Charlie Kirk, co-founder of Turning Point USA. The suspension occurred less than 24 hours after Kimmel's remarks.

Kirk was fatally shot during an appearance at Utah Valley University. The suspected killer in Kirk's shooting has since been arrested.

The late-night show, which has been running on ABC News since 2003, is currently 'indefinitely' off-air. In a recent turn of events, Sinclair Broadcasting, the largest affiliate group of ABC News, has demanded that Kimmel immediately apologize to Kirk's family and make a significant personal donation to Turning Point USA to be allowed back on ABC News.

The demand was specifically stated by Sinclair's Vice Chairman Jason Smith. Kimmel is reportedly unwilling to apologize for his remarks.

Insiders claim that Kimmel was 'absolutely f-king livid' about ABC News pulling his show, but no new information about his alleged anger or his desire to end his relationship with ABC News was provided.

Despite the suspension, Kimmel offered his condolences to Kirk's family via social media. Recently, he was seen smiling at paparazzi while driving his Audi S8 in Los Angeles, wearing a blue long-sleeve button-up and sunglasses.

As the situation continues to unfold, it remains to be seen whether Kimmel will comply with Sinclair's demands and return to the airwaves. A press release regarding the matter has been issued.
