In 2021, he allegedly dined at the Miss Cho restaurant and provided an address for the bill to be sent, but he has not paid the 1,900-euro bill. Complaints have been filed with both the public prosecutor's office in Graz and then in Braunschweig, Germany, due to the unpaid bill.
Ochsenknecht has acknowledged making mistakes via his Instagram account, with his recent motto being "Tutto passa" ("Everything passes"). This suggests a reflection on his current situation. The Ochsenknecht family is now separated, with Jimi Blue being one of three children of actors Uwe Ochsenknecht and model Natascha Ochsenknecht. His siblings are Wilson Gonzalez and Cheyenne Savannah.
