Jesus Nazareno’s Sacred Image Tours Manila Barangays Ahead of 2026 Feast

The annual Barangay Visitation of the Jesus Nazareno image will take place from January 1 to 6, 2026. Organised by Quiapo Church, the event brings the revered statue to various communities ahead of the feast on January 9. Each day features a planned route, with overnight vigils in selected areas.

The visitation begins on January 1 at 2 p.m., when the image leaves Quiapo Church for Barangay 309. The following day, January 2, it will travel to Barangays 308, 306, 307, and 385, ending with an overnight vigil in Barangay 385.

On January 3, the procession continues through Barangays 387, 383, 388, 385, and 386. January 4 sees visits to Barangays 390, 389, and 392. The next day, January 5, the image will be taken to Barangays 391 and 394, where another overnight vigil will be held. The final day, January 6, includes stops at Barangays 393 and 394 before the image returns to Quiapo Church. The annual feast of Jesus Nazareno follows on January 9, marking the end of the celebrations.

The six-day visitation allows communities to host the Jesus Nazareno image before its return to Quiapo Church. The event leads up to the feast on January 9, when devotees gather for the traditional procession. Detailed routes for future years are typically released closer to the date.
