Jennifer Mathieu Discusses 'The Faculty Lounge' at Gulf Coast Reads Event
Harris County Public Library is thrilled to host a live event with acclaimed author Jennifer Mathieu. The Houston-based teacher and author of young adult novels like 'Moxie' and 'The Truth About Alice' will discuss her first adult novel, 'The Faculty Lounge', on October 13 at the West U. Community Center.
The event, part of the Gulf Coast Reads 2025 programme, is free and open to all. It runs from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. and registration is now open. 'The Faculty Lounge' is available on Libby in eBook and audiobook formats with no wait. Mathieu's novel offers a humorous and heartfelt look into the daily life of teachers, earning praise from critics.
