Jeffrey Epstein's Unmade Documentary Reveals Chilling Last-Minute Plans

Hours before his arrest, financier Jeffrey Epstein discussed plans for a documentary with Steve Bannon. The film was meant to showcase Epstein's private island, Little Saint James, in a positive light. Though the project never moved forward, a two-hour raw interview with Epstein still remains.

The documentary was intended to present Epstein favorably, featuring conversations with well-known intellectuals. Topics would have included science, global politics, and Epstein's own interests. Bannon reportedly asked Epstein if they could film on the island, and Epstein agreed.

Recently released files from January 2026 reveal no evidence of Bannon's involvement in organizing or funding Epstein's activities. The records only show Bannon describing himself to Epstein as an advisor to right-wing European parties, such as the SVP. Despite the initial discussion, the documentary was never produced.

The planned film never progressed beyond early talks. The surviving two-hour interview remains the only recorded material from the project. No further connection between Bannon and Epstein's documentary plans has been confirmed.
