Cutler further emphasized that under Tennessee law, a judge would not approve a divorce settlement where one party receives nothing, implying Cavallari's statement was false and irresponsible [1]. While he declined to specify the exact amount, Cutler insisted it was far from zero and sufficient for her needs [1][2].
The couple, who announced their separation in April 2020 after 7 years of marriage, share three children - Camden, 13, Jaxon, 11, and Saylor, 9 [5].
Meanwhile, some social media commentary by legal experts has highlighted Cavallari making "bold claims" about Cutler’s child support payments, but detailed verified figures or official court statements have not been publicly disclosed as of August 2025 [3][4].
