In addition to the costumes and set pieces, props such as a clapperboard used during the production of the film "Downton Abbey: A New Era" are also up for auction, valued at $1,400 to $2,000.
The charity, Together for Short Lives, supports children with life-limiting conditions in the UK. This decision aligns with the series' heartfelt portrayal of human connections and empathy, making it a fitting recipient for the auction's proceeds.
The Downton Abbey series, created by Julian Fellowes, aired in the UK in 2010 and spans over 52 episodes. The series has also produced two spin-off films, titled "Downton Abbey: A New Era" and another one, with a third spin-off film, "The Grand Finale," expected in September.
