Italian jazz fusion takes center stage amidst the Italian summer passion

The Homburg Music Summer is underway, bringing a variety of music performances to the Historic Market Square and Christian-Weber-Platz in Homburg. This year's schedule includes several notable events, such as the 14th Homburg Classical Open Air, "Morley" at the Roman Museum Schwarzenacker, and Querbeat's "Disco Inferno."

On Saturday, the Jazz Brunch will feature Robin, a jazz formation led by Nicole Johaënntgen. The band will present a modern global jazz show, blending influences from Cuba, South America, and Europe. Robin's lineup includes Manon Mullener on piano, Sonja Bossart on bass, David Stauffacher on percussion, and Roberto Hacaturyan on percussion.

Meanwhile, on Friday evening, Querbeat will host a concert with Vulcano, paying an energetic homage to Italian music. Vulcano, formerly known as "Corona," has been performing in various formations since 2014.
