Sinha also mentioned specific tragedies, including the sacrifice of Tara Devi from Cherji village, the killing of Gyan Devi and her one-and-a-half-year-old son, and the martyrdom of Shri Ashfaq Ahmed. The families of these victims shared their traumatic experiences during the event, and Sinha assured them that the culprits will face punishment.

The government prioritizes rehabilitation, employment, financial aid, and livelihood opportunities for victims' families. Sinha distributed appointment letters to 80 families of terror victims in Jammu, reiterating the government's commitment to supporting those affected by terrorism.

Sinha also called on the youth to unite and contribute to building a terrorism-free, drug-free, and healthy Jammu and Kashmir, indicating a holistic approach toward peace and development in the region. He further asserted that false narratives of separatists are collapsing.
