Israel targeting key Iranian officials: Israeli strikes aim at top Iranian leadership
Unleashing the Hammer: Israel's Tactics in the Iran Conflict
In the midst of the ongoing Israel-Iran conflict, a new twist emerges: the elimination of high-ranking regime officials. This strategic move targets political and military figures, scientists from the Iranian nuclear program, and even the Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei, who is considered the backbone of the Islamic Republic. There's even been a reported attempt to physically eliminate Khamenei, which former U.S. President Donald Trump reportedly opposed.
Khamenei: The Iranian Pillar
At 86, Khameneifinds himself in a delicate position, with his power being tested by the widespread "Woman, Life, Freedom"protests. For the first time, his name was publicly cursed in major Iranian cities. Aware of his vulnerability, Khamenei remains the Commander of the Revolutionary Guards to ensure both his survival and the Iranian regime's.
Revolutionary Guards: The Iron Fist
Also known as the Pasdaran, the Revolutionary Guards are an ideological powerhouse, acting as a state within a state. They manage Iran's nuclear program, space program, ballistic missile program, and even an external branch for exporting the Islamic Revolution. The Quds Force coordinates the resistance axis with various militant groups, from Hezbollah in Lebanon to Hamas and Islamic Jihad in Gaza.
Despite Israel's efforts to annihilate the Revolutionary Guards command, their leaders have been replaced swiftly. The Pasdaran also wield an economic empire, controlling numerous companies in various sectors and managing sanctions evasion channels. They are instrumental in Iran's oil smuggling efforts.
The New Target List
Israeli attacks aim to disrupt Iran's nuclear weapon ambitions, military strategy, and internal stability. Key figures in these sectors are being targeted, including:
- Nuclear Program Leadership: Israel seeks to degrade and destroy Iran's nuclear weaponization potential by eliminating those responsible for uranium enrichment and weapons development.
- Top Military Leadership: Senior military leaders commanding Iran's armed forces and paramilitary groups are being targeted to hinder Iran's capacity to escalate conflict and coordinate military responses.
- Internal Security and Social Control Officials: These officials, fundamental to maintaining regime stability by suppressing dissent and controlling the population, are being targeted to weaken the regime's internal cohesion and reduce its ability to suppress opposition or respond effectively to crises.
This multifaceted approach signifies Israel's determination to neutralize Iran's military and nuclear threats and destabilize the regime's internal power base.

- The Israeli attacks on Iran are not limited to the Iran-Iran conflict, extending to war-and-conflicts related to global politics, as they aim to destabilize Iran's internal power base by targeting key figures in nuclear programs, military leadership, and internal security and social control officials.
- As the Iran-Iran conflict intensifies, one may wonder if the French government, with its strong stance on general-news and human rights issues, would consider taking a more active role in the international community to address the ongoing unrest, especially considering the increasing public cursing of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in major Iranian cities.
