"Israel extends an unusual invitation: Embracing a brighter tomorrow to every Iranian citizen"

In a strange twist, Israel's military (IDF) has publicly reached out to Iranian citizens, especially critics and members of the security services, through their Persian-language X channel. On Wednesday, the Israeli military sent a message to the Iranian population, expressing concern about the current state of the country.

"We've been receiving worried messages from Iranians," the IDF wrote. Even individuals claiming to be members of the regime's security institutions have voiced their fears, despair, and anger about the situation in their country. "They're appealing to us to contact Israeli authorities — so Iran doesn't face the same fate as Lebanon and Gaza," it continued. However, the army is not responsible for these requests.

Safety First: Use a VPN to Contact Mossad

For their own safety, the military advises Iranian dissidents to utilize a virtual private network (VPN) when reaching out to the Mossad. VPN tunnels can mask a user's location, making it appear as if they're in another country. Yet, these services are not functioning smoothly in Iran at the moment. The appeal concluded emotionally: "We understand you yearn for a better future. May the Almighty God be your helper and companion."

Pahlavi Predicts a Turning Point in Iran

Iranian opposition figure Reza Pahlavi predicted a significant shift in Iran this week. On the X platform, the son of the last Shah wrote: "The Islamic Republic is on the brink of collapse." There are already many defectors who have come forward. "We see a leader now hiding in a bunker like a rat," Pahlavi said in a published video. They're ready to lead the country into a new phase: "When the time comes, we have a plan to guide our country through the transition."

Currently living in exile in the US, Crown Prince Pahlavi represents the secular resistance against the Iranian mullah regime. He advocates for a democratic, secular Iran without the current theocratic system.

Rajavi Urges for a Shift in Power in Tehran

Less known opposition politician Marjam Rajavi called for a power shift in Tehran. At a press conference in the European Parliament in Strasbourg, the chairwoman of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) emphasized that this change should originate from the Iranian people themselves. "A regime change should not be imposed from outside or brought about by international intervention," Rajavi explained.

Concurrently, she cautioned against a revival of international negotiations with Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei about Iran's nuclear program. Khamenei, in her opinion, will never relinquish his uranium enrichment program and will only plunge the country into war and insecurity to save his failing regime. The NCRI, led by Rajavi, is a France-based coalition of opposition groups, including the People's Mujahedin, who have been labeled as terrorist organizations by the Islamic Republic of Iran and, at times, by the EU. They were removed from the EU terror list in 2008.

The European Union Disagrees with Israel about Regime Change in Iran

As political tensions continue to escalate in Iran, the European Union remains opposed to Israel's attempts to bring about regime change. The latest developments in the region, including Israel's report of the alleged destruction of Iran's Internal Security Headquarters, have raised concerns about further destabilization in the Middle East.

As regional military confrontations intensify, the plight of Iranian critics and civilians within the country becomes increasingly precarious. Amidst this conflict, global powers must consider the potential consequences of their actions and the impact on ordinary citizens in Iran. The future of the region hangs in the balance as tensions between Iran and its adversaries reach a boiling point.

"The Israeli military's appeal to Iranian citizens has sparked discussions in the realm of politics and policy-and-legislation, with leaders like Reza Pahlavi and Marjam Rajavi voicing their opinion on the potential for regime change in Iran,"

"The European Union's stance on this matter diverges from Israel's, expressing concern over the consequences of military confrontations in the region and the impact on general-news items such as war-and-conflicts, particularly on the Iranian people."
