Isabela Merced Commends Nathan Fillion for Strong Superman Co-star Performance; Humorously Describes Texting Experience With Him
In the world of the DC Universe, actor Nathan Fillion is set to reprise his role as Guy Gardner, one of Earth's Green Lanterns, in a series of exciting upcoming projects.
First off, Fillion will debut as Guy Gardner in the highly anticipated film Superman: Legacy, scheduled to release on July 11, 2025. This film marks the beginning of a new slate for the DCU, focusing on Superman as a young reporter and introducing Guy Gardner.
Following Superman: Legacy, Fillion's character will appear in the second season of the HBO Max series Peacemaker, which is set to premiere on August 21, 2025.
The actor's DCU journey doesn't end there. He will also reprise his role in the upcoming HBO series Lanterns, where Hal Jordan and John Stewart are the main protagonists. Fillion's Guy Gardner will play a supporting but disruptive and character-driven role in the dynamic between the Lanterns.

It's worth noting that Fillion has previously played the role of Guy Gardner in the DCU movie, and he has also voiced Green Lantern Hal Jordan in animated movies. Additionally, he played Steve Trevor in the 2009 animated Wonder Woman movie and T.D.K. in The Suicide Squad.
