In addition, Akhmad E. is suspected of translating propaganda material into Russian and Chechen, on behalf of the Islamic State (IS). He is a supporter of the ideology of the foreign terrorist organization "Islamic State (IS)".
Akhmad E. was presented to the investigating judge of the Federal Court of Justice today. The specific sections of the German Criminal Code (StGB) mentioned in the arrest warrant are § 105 JGG, § 129a Abs. 1 Nr. 1, § 129b Abs. 1, §§ 22, 23 StGB, and § 89a Abs. 2 StGB.
