Law enforcement agency SPD issues alert on potential infiltration of Mullah-affiliates from Iran - Iranian Mullah agents suspected of infiltration, caution issued by SPD

In the wake of Israeli military strikes, a surge of Iranians are departing their homeland to find shelter. Germany is bracing for a wave of incoming Iranian refugees over the next few weeks, according to reports.

The SPD is now sounding the alarm, cautioning that the Mullah regime in Tehran may seek to exploit this refugee tide for its own nefarious purposes. "When people seek sanctuary in Germany, we must also prioritize our safety, especially among male refugees," asserts Sebastian Fiedler, the SPD's interior policy spokesman in the Bundestag, in Stern. "We must prevent the Iranian regime, specifically the Revolutionary Guards, from capitalizing on the refugees' plight to smuggle in their agents in disguise."

Fiedler also issued a strong rebuke against the Greens' call for a ban on deportations for Iranian refugees residing in Germany. "Last year, merely 14 individuals were deported from Germany to Iran; in the first quarter of this year, there were five," Fiedler explains. "For each case, evaluations are conducted to determine if the individuals face potential threats such as death or torture upon their return to their native land." He remarks that it is presently challenging to enforce deportations to Iran.

Greens Push for Immediate Deportation Ban to Iran

Filiz Polat, the parliamentary business manager of the Greens, advocated for an "immediate nationwide deportation ban to Iran". "Those who have sought refuge with us must be safeguarded from death or persecution and should not be expelled to a dictatorship and conflict zone," Polat said to taz.

While there is no conclusive proof that the Iranian regime is deliberately infiltrating its operatives among asylum seekers, Fiedler's statements raise valid concerns about security. However, current evidence does not substantiate claims of Iranian agents concealing themselves among refugees seeking asylum in Germany. Reports centering on security issues predominantly focus on fake documents and fake stories faced in other refugee groups, not the Iranian regime specifically.
