According to a statement released by Iran's judicial apparatus, as reported by Mizan news portal, a special office was established in Tehran Prosecutor's Office to investigate individuals with suspected links to "Zionist regime terrorism." Out of fifteen separate cases, 28 accused have been presented to the Tehran Security Prosecutor's Office.
Two Israeli Mossad agents were among the arrested, found carrying over 200 kilos of explosives and more than 20 drones on the outskirts of Tehran. Four others stand accused of collaborating with hostile governments and maintaining extensive cooperation with Israel's military services and intelligence.
As for the remaining cases, they involve photographs of military infrastructures, espionage, approval of actions by the Zionist regime, propaganda, weapons trafficking, illegal weapon storage, and involvement in opposition groups disrupting internal security.
After the head of the Iranian judicial apparatus, Gholam-Hosein Mohseni-Ejei, threatened harsh punishment for those collaborating with Israel, three fatalities and a dozen hospitalizations were reported in the center of Israel from Iranian missile attacks.
In response to these escalations, Ejei accused Israel of initiating a war that would lead to its catastrophic demise. He also criticized the U.S. for supporting Israel unconditionally.
