Investment Minister of Sverdlovsk Region resigns

governor Denis Pasler chucked Vadim Tretyakov from his job as minister of investment and development for Sverdlovsk Oblast, regional department of information policy confirmed.
Tretyakov penned a formal resignation letter after Pasler tore into his department during a cabinet meeting.
During the cabinet meeting on May 28, Pasler declared that 90% of projects in the region "either aren't executed, or investors have bailed, or stalled."
"I don't see any work from the ministry of investment at all," Pasler asserted during the meeting. "We can talk all day about how we work, but the ministry under us works... My team has thoroughly audited every investment project you've mentioned. Yes, the businesses operating in the region are thriving. But that's not entirely our achievement. The business grows independently, considering the legislation in place for the subject and, without a doubt, the company's development plans. The external work, however, is nonexistent," he added.
