Investigating the Path of the Thief
On Tuesday, the city of Bad Koetzting experienced a summer-like temperature, making it an ideal day for an outdoor adventure. Nine individuals took part in such an adventure, donning the roles of "bandits" in an event organised by the "Friends of Nature" association.
The event, themed "Bandits in the Forest", was led by Jakob Pellkofer, the chairman of the local "Friends of Nature" association. The day's first major adventure took place at the Pfarrerstuhl, where participants faced a challenging climb. After overcoming this hurdle, they were presented with an unexpected twist: a 15-meter-long tube for them to crawl through.
The forest at Kaitersberg, pleasantly cool on this warm day, provided the perfect backdrop for this exciting event. The route followed in the footsteps of the legendary bandit Heigl, adding an extra layer of intrigue to the day's activities.
It's worth noting that this event was not a regular occurrence in Bad Koetzting's holiday program. In fact, the previous day, Monday, saw a different event planned and conducted by the local youth center or a community cultural group associated with Bad Koetzting.
Despite the challenging nature of the activities, the event was well-received by the participants, offering a unique and memorable experience in the heart of Bad Koetzting's picturesque forests.
