The embezzled funds were transferred to the bank account of the local Pension Fund branch, with three postal department heads, alleged accomplices, sending the money to local post offices. The head of Ingushetia's Pension Fund branch, Islam Seynaroev, is included among the individuals alleged to be part of this network.

Investigators allege that Magomed-Bashir Kalimatov, Kambulat Sukiev, and others established a criminal network in Moscow and Ingushetia. However, Seynaroev and several other suspects are currently at large, and the investigation continues.
