International sounds grace Neuwied as creole_sommer graces them: dates outlined
The Cubole Summer Music Festival, set to take place from August 29th to 31st, 2025, in Neuwied, Germany, is gearing up to be an unforgettable event. Organised by Pascal Stoltze, the festival will transform the Neuwied Goethe-Anlagen into a grand open-air stage, offering free admission for all three days.
Kicking off the festival on Friday, August 29th, Rody Reyes & Havanna con Klasse will take the stage at 8 PM. This six-piece group will bring a mix of Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, and traditional Cuban music to the festival.
On Saturday, August 30th, El Flecha Negra from Freiburg will perform at 8 PM. This quintet blends Cumbia, Reggae, Ska, and Latin American influences into their music, promising a lively and energetic performance.
The festival will reach its climax on Sunday, August 31st, with the performance of Uusikuu, a Finnish-German vintage orchestra. Uusikuu's programme includes Finnish tango, waltzes, Jenkkas, Humppas, and Swing, making for a unique and captivating performance that will complement the diverse cultural and musical influences at the festival. The performance will start at 2 PM.
Don Terrino's culinary manufactory will provide food and drinks, including cocktails, throughout the festival. From traditional festival fare to exotic cocktails, attendees will have plenty of options to fuel their energy and enjoy the music.
