The 75th anniversary of the Primorsky Krai Canoe and Kayak Federation was celebrated with an international rowing event at the modern, high-standard Teploe Lake base. The competition attracted foreign guests who praised the hosts' organisation and hospitality. The Philippine team shone, with Ralph Adrian Buan winning silver, while the Belarusian team topped the unofficial team standings.

The rowing event, held at the international standard water and modern facilities, saw the participation of athletes from various nations. Shakhriyer Daminov, the lone representative of Tajikistan, competed alongside athletes from Belarus and Uzbekistan. The Belarusian team consistently performed well, securing first place in the unofficial team standings, followed by Primorsky Krai and Moscow.

The 'Olympic' rowing base, which can accommodate up to 90 athletes and coaches, was thoroughly renovated as part of the national 'Sports' project. The reconstruction cost almost 430 million rubles. Athletes emphasised the importance of sport remaining apolitical and fostering friendship among participants.
