Mission: Unleashing the Spectacle at Hollywood Park Studios

International Olympics Broadcasting to be Held at HPS during 2028 Games

Hollywood Park Studios, nestled in sun-kissed Inglewood, California, is on a roll, serving as both a cutting-edge movie production powerhouse and the global nerve center for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games broadcasts. This grand project is bankrolled by none other than the Los Angeles Rams' tycoon E. Stanley Kroenke, as part of the mammoth Hollywood Park redevelopment project.

Kicking off the Magic: First Phase

  • Size and Location: Encompassing 12 scintillating acres within the sprawling 300-acre Hollywood Park, the first phase of the studio is set to dazzle.
  • Sensational Soundstages: The studio will boast five stupendous sound stages—each one a delicate 18,000-square-foot jewel—and two of them merging into a jaw-dropping 36,000-square-foot stage for those blockbuster scenes.
  • Office Utopia: The first phase will also witness the birth of a three-story, 80,000-square-foot office building, a gleaming epicenter of stage, production, and post-production activities.
  • Wheels in Motion: Successfully navigating the moviemaking machinations will be a parking structure capable of accommodating up to 1,100 automobiles, with the 20-foot-high ground-level bay harboring up to 60 trailers prepared to power the next big movie extravaganza.

Future Visions: Expanding the Horizon

Plans are in the works for further growth, with the ability to expand and construct up to 20 additional sound stages, plus an extra 200,000 square feet of office space. The first phase and future development will remain interconnected through a campus-wide fiber ring and power centers, ensuring seamless integration.

Shaking Hands with Greatness: The Project Team

With global architecture and design firm Gensler laying the blueprint, Clayco taking charge as the general contractor, and Pacific Edge overseeing the campaign as project managers, the Hollywood Park Studios team is primed to deliver a masterclass in creating cinematic wonders. Financing for the project has been securely arranged by Guggenheim Investments.

Beyond the Rings: The Greater Hollywood Park Transformation

This studio powerhouse is a cornerstone in Kroenke's vision to make Hollywood Park a thrilling confluence of media, entertainment, and technology, to breathe new life into the greater Los Angeles area. Alongside Hollywood Park Studios, other cornerstones include the architectural marvel that is SoFi Stadium and the vibrant YouTube Theater, further fortified by the NFL Media office building. Hollywood Park Studios ushers in a fusion of Hollywood and Hollywood Park, letting the magic of motion pictures enliven the city's horizons.
