Burgos Bound: The Langenfeld Dancing Sweethearts Prepare for International Dance Showdown
International Dance Competition Finale in Burgos, Spain, Scheduled for July 3-12, 2025
Get ready to groove as the Langenfeld Dancing Sweethearts take center stage at the Dance World Cup 2025! These talented young dancers have qualified for the highly anticipated competition, set to take place in beautiful Burgos, Spain from July 3rd to 12th.
Competing against over 9,000 dancers hailing from around 54 countries, the Langenfeld kids and youth will showcase their skills in acrobatic dance, show dance, modern, and ballet. While exact performance times and arrangements are yet to be revealed, the Dancing Sweethearts are determined to bring home some World Cup medals!
Qualification was achieved through the dance association TAF-Germany, and the historic journey began in March of this year. With the Dance World Cup just around the corner, the last few weeks have been a whirlwind of intense training sessions, ensuring that the team achieves impressive placements in the international competition.
Following their return from Spain, the team will enjoy their well-deserved summer holidays. Once recharged, preparations for the German Championship, held by TAF-Germany in October, will commence.

Excited for the Dance World Cup opening ceremony? Expect an amazing experience as dancers from over 50 nations parade through the historic streets of Burgos, waving their national flags proudly. The official opening ceremony takes place at Plaza Santa Teresa, following the parade.
For those interested in attending, you can purchase tickets for each session online for €10.00 per session, plus a €0.80 service fee. Tickets can be collected at the Fórum Evolución.
