Interior minister, Anutin, insists no reason for his removal from office.

Thailand's Interior Minister and Bhumjaithai Party leader, Anutin Charnvirakul, has refuted allegations of potential removal from his post, dismissing the speculation as unjustified.

Addressing reporters on Monday, Anutin emphasized the strong ties he maintains with the ruling Pheu Thai Party, asserting that there is no indication of his removal from the Interior Ministry or any imminent cabinet reshuffle.

He denied media reports claiming he had recently convened a meeting with senior Interior Ministry officials to discuss his position, stating that no such meeting had occurred.

When asked about the allegations linking the Bhumjaithai Party to a Senate election rigging plot, Anutin firmly dismissed the claims, referring to them as "ridiculous" and politically motivated.

Despite these allegations and the ongoing speculation, Anutin insisted that he has done nothing wrong and continues to work effectively with Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra. He pointed to his ability to coordinate smoothly with all coalition partners as evidence of the robustness of his work.

Anutin added that he often completes tasks before receiving formal orders, demonstrating his responsiveness to the prime minister's requests.
